•       Should be able to configure and maintain SCM modules
•       Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SCM modules
•       Able to provide training and support to users on SCM functionalities
•       Able to write simple queries to analyze the data
•       Experience in support engagements
•       Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and business
