Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in GIS engineering, analysis, or network inventory.
Strong understanding of GIS concepts, technologies, and tools, including open-source GIS tools.
Experience with GIS analysis, including spatial analysis, network analysis, and data visualization.
Familiarity with CAD software.
Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
