Documentation & Reporting: Develop and review comprehensive business requirement documents, entity relationship diagrams, functional design documents, user stories, process flowcharts, and reports to support project development and execution.
- Testing & Implementation: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate deployed solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives before implementation. Facilitate security implementation testing with users.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to track and ensure adherence to project timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI/data warehouse platforms to analyze data, uncover trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business units, GTS teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
