Position Desc: We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive complex, cross-functional programs and projects spanning application development, IT infrastructure, and other business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, demonstrating the ability to navigate hybrid environments and ensure successful delivery with high-quality business outcomes. The Program Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution oversight while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Programs may span multiple projects and multiple GT (Global Technology) disciplines and are often dependent on internal and third-party resources to meet the business objective.
