- 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a VMware Administrator in large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of VMware vSphere, vSAN, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of storage and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and PowerCLI.
- Experience with VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) or similar automation tools is highly desirable.
- Experience with VMware NSX is a plus.
- Experience with hardware from vendors such as Client, and HPE is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
