• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills are vital to effectively guide project teams and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders,
• The ability to identify and address project-related challenges, risks, and issues proactively is important in ensuring project success.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach is beneficial, as different projects may require different methodologies.
• Preparing and supporting procurement related artifacts, including COTR support related to vendor contract activities and of procurements for phases.
• Experience in managing mobile application development.
