"1.     Project purpose:  Our purpose is to engage a business analyst team that possesses a high level of skill and expertise in analysis, troubleshooting, project management and testing of programs, projects or new initiatives taken up on by the application team and that can effectively deliver accordingly by meeting the process requirements while leveraging excellent analytical, PM practices and use of technologies.
2.      CTQ business requirements:  eServices is a locomotive maintenance management system and following projects are where we expect team members to be engaged with WABTEC Transportation Systems, LLC team:

•       RTS – Enhancements, Bug fixes, FMEA.
•       UI Modification Projects.
•       Migrating DB links to web services – RMD, ewarranty, CWC and ERP.
•       Engineering enhancements – MDM Support, MCA, SMS & OTA
•       Shop Device - PM (reimaging and management of support/deployment aspects)
•       SOX audits and reviews
