JOB DETAIL

o 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience preferably in development and implementation
o Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge
management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications
o Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs
in ServiceNow
o Good knowledge on reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone,
upgrades in ServiceNow
o Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications
o Good knowledge on HRSD, CSM and ATFs
o Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript and any web-based development tools
o Good understanding on ITOM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration
o Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s
o A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
o Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow
o Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline.
o Ability to work independently, but strong team player with experience of working as part of a global team.
o Self-starter mind set with the ability to share ideas, identify and drive opportunities.
o Strong problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of
information with an attention to detail
o Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal communication skills.
o Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision
o Must have good verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and
functional aspects of the problem to senior stakeholders.
o Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
o Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in Service Now.
o Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
o Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
o Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
