Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, HRIS management, or a related HR role
Strong proficiency in Workday (compensation module experience preferred)
Workday HCM HR configuration experience
Workday HCM HR conversion Load experience
Workday HCM Conversion Mapping experience; Example: Strong understanding of Workday supervisory org structures, job profiles and position structures and how to facilitate the conversion into these structures
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data visualization)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
Preferred:
PeopleSoft to Workday HCM conversion experience
