ETL Tester

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
Perform comprehensive ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading across different stages of the ETL pipeline.
Conduct Data Warehouse testing to ensure that the data models, reporting, and analytical capabilities meet business requirements.
Validate data migration and data transformation processes, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Perform data reconciliation between source systems and target data warehouse systems to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with ETL developers and data engineers to resolve issues related to data transformations, data mapping, and data integrity.
Execute regression testing to ensure data workflows and transformations are functioning as expected after updates or changes.
Review and analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Develop and implement automated test scripts for ETL and Data Warehouse testing, where applicable.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, methodologies, and best practices in data testing.
Track and report testing progress and results, providing detailed status updates to stakeholders.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure data is accurate and aligned with business expectations.
Provide feedback and insights on data issues, offering solutions and workarounds where necessary.
