JOB DETAIL

Facilitating Scrum Events:

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Ensure these events are productive, time-boxed, and focused on achieving their objectives.

Removing Impediments:

  • Identify and proactively remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
  • Work with external stakeholders to resolve dependencies and address issues.

Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles, fostering a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor the Product Owner on effective backlog management and value optimization.
  • Guide the organization in adopting and implementing Agile practices.

Promoting Agile Principles:

  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles, promoting collaboration, transparency, and adaptability.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and feedback.

Ensuring Transparency:

  • Maintain transparency regarding the team's progress, impediments, and overall status.
  • Utilize Agile tools including Jira to visualize workflow and track progress.

Facilitating Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external parties.

Supporting the Product Owner:

  • Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and refining the product backlog.
  • Help ensure the backlog is prioritized to maximize value delivery.

Driving Continuous Improvement:

  • Facilitate retrospectives and encourage the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of learning and adaptation.
