• Excel at managing Salesforce CRM, including configuration, development, and client communication; known for expert
customization and advisory on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to optimize and enhance cloud-based applications Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud and CPQ.
• Experience in business process solutioning including requirement breakdown, estimation, proposal and SOW generation,
related business communication, and presentations.
• Developing estimates for various requirements and contributing to proposal creation.
• Detailing requirements, deviation analysis, design, and breaking down requirements for technical implementation.
• Collaborating with the DevOps Team to create deployment pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Conducting pull request (PR) and code reviews and providing approvals.
• Reviewing requirement implementations to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Delivering solutions and making decisions for functional and non-functional scenarios, addressing issues, and resolving
technical glitches during development, ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
• Facilitating daily stand-up calls, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Monitoring progress, addressing blockers, managing risks, and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinated with the team to provide technical guidance, motivating team members, and ensuring timely delivery of project
milestones. Participating in sprint planning, story pointing, project reviews, and retrospective meetings.
