5-8 years of professional experience preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) within Salesforce and will focus on backend personalization efforts
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, and communication within the Salesforce Marketing Platform (SFMP)
The Senior Salesforce Analyst must have experience analyzing data within Salesforce and experience using Einstein
Must have experience with healthcare data - patients, providers, payers, eligibility and enrollment, encounters, medical and pharmacy claims
Must have understanding of patient conditions, diagnoses, and comorbidity
Must have understanding of patient matching and deduplication use cases
Must have experience analyzing complex datasets and identifying patterns
Must have experience presenting data findings to stakeholders, explaining complex data in a simple manner, and making recommendations based on data analysis
Strongly prefer candidates experienced with Salesforce Data Cloud/Salesforce Customer Data Platform or CDP
Must have strong SQL writing and optimizing skills
Must be able to write SQL to assess data relationships and data quality issues
Must be proficient in data collection, cleaning, and analysis using SQL 
Must be able to review and understand database schemas without documentation
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have Python experience, specifically with pandas or NumPy
Familiarity with Marketing Analytics/MarTech nice to have
