JOB DETAIL

·       MS Tech is seeking a senior AEM software engineer to provide strong technical AEM support to Global Own product teams. 

·       Global Own product suites provide end to end digital owner experience to Lincoln customers globally through web and mobile engagement. 

·       With authenticated and unauthenticated journeys, Global Own platform enables the customers in 60+ markets to learn about their vehicles, access critical and connected vehicle information, and take appropriate actions to keep their vehicles running at their best. 

·       Global Own platform, running on Google Cloud Platform, is built upon headless micro-frontend architecture using Next.js and Adobe Experience Manager. 

·       As a senior AEM software engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners/Managers, regional stakeholders, Engineering Delivery Managers, Enterprise Architects, and fellow engineers to lead the delivery of scalable and secured customer-facing solutions utilizing AEM headless architecture, provide technical guidance to the entire engineering team, and mentor junior software engineers. 

·       You should have established experience in inspiring changes and have experience leading the development of innovative ideas from concept to fruition. 

You will help the advancement of the following: 

·       Lead the initiative to migrate current on-prem AEM platform to AEM Cloud platform 

·       Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other product teams to standardize AEM implementation strategy 

·       Define and develop solutions based on sound application architecture 

·       Work with Platform Engineering team to automate testing, security compliance, CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring, support infrastructure upgrade, and support development metrics 

·       Provide 2nd-tier support for production issues 

·       Collaborate with various enterprise groups to ensure the security and legal compliance of the products 

·       Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior software engineers to help developing technical talents
