•     Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.

•     Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.

•     Should have experience of 8+ years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch, and Kafka.

•     Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.

•     Should have Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, Spring Boot, and any messaging tool.

•     MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).

•     Valid H1b – minimum 2 years validity or approved i-140.

•     Good Communication.

•     100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)
