Intermediate to Expert

Experience in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Users, Locations, Service-Maps, MID Servers and Integrations to other systems

Good Experience in maturing CMDB Completeness and Accuracy by working with Collection Owners on CMDB data accuracy, reducing duplicates and adding new classes

Good Experience on Discovery Enhancements – add new discovery patterns; add additional Discovery devices and data sources

Manage Integrations – Build and Maintain integrations including Infoblox, Rivermine, SCCM, Beyond Trust & Costar

Experience in building out the CSDM (ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model)

Good Experience in standardized Technical Services and Technical Service Offerings, standardize Business Services and Business Service Offerings

Create and manage the relationships between Service Offerings and Application Services

Building Technical Services and Dynamic CI Groups for Cisco Wireless, 5/3 Guest Wifi, Citrix, Linux and Windows
