- Experience With Servicenow Development, Including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Ui Policies, Ui Actions, Script Includes, And Acls.
- Expert Knowledge And Expertise Of Integration Techniques Such As Rest, Soap, And Jdbc.
- Experience With Integration Tools Like Mid Server And Integration Hub.
- Ability To Design And Implement Complex Integrations With Other Systems.
- Understanding Of Cmdb (Configuration Management Database) And Csdm (Common Service Data Model).
- Experience With Itom (It Operations Management) Modules Like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, And Orchestration.
- Experience In Building Custom Applications Using Servicenow�S Application Platform.
- Proficiency In Html, Css, And Angularjs For Service Portal And Ui Customization.
- Knowledge Of Performance Tuning, Optimization, And Best Practices For Scalable Solutions.
- Ability To Align Servicenow Solutions With Business Goals And It Strategy.
- Experience In Creating Roadmaps, Governance Frameworks, And Best Practices.
