 Monitor, automate, and improve the reliability, performance, and availability of software systems
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers and other site reliability engineers to ensure system stability
- Manage Windows Server operating systems and virtual machines on Hyper-V, including provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and system management
Monitor system performance and health using AWS CloudWatch
Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Configure and manage system deployments with Ansible
Administer Linux Server operating systems
Ensure high availability and performance of SQL databases using replication, clustering, or failover strategies
Provide incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure or database outages
Analyze monitoring tools and logs to identify and resolve issues
