The Senior Project Manager must demonstrate these attributes and capabilities:
- PMP certification
- A certification in Agile methodology
- Must be a legitimate independent contractor with experience working on multiple clients.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar software, including task dependencies, estimates, and Gantt charts
- People person - positive, encouraging, enthusiastic – with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively interact with team members at different experience levels, from interns experiencing their first job assignments to executives handling strategic-level responsibilities
- Ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders, including many from outside our organization
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in solving problems, with sense of humor a plus
