•             Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, to meet business requirements.

•             Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (LWC), and Flows.

•             Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration tools.

•             Implement automation using Process Builder, Workflows, and Lightning Flows.

•             Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.

•             Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code and functionality.

•             Maintain and enhance Salesforce security, user roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access policies.

•             Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features, ensuring optimal utilization of the platform.
