  • Strong communication and advisory skills. Must have sr. consulting level skills to present their ideas to clients and convince his/her clients stakeholders of the directions to take. A technically focused consultant will not be successful in the role.  
  • Strong listening skills. Must have discussions with client process owners and understand business requirements and translate those into solutions

  • Presentation skills. Able to present solutions to meet new business requirements, redesign processes, fix defects, and present options including pros and con’s to guide the customer in choosing the right solution
