Documented experience managing an IT project(s) in a large, complex, enterprise-governed IT environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Resource will need to be proactive with their communication and have solid critical thinking skills.
Must be collaborative, open-minded, and willing to adapt to the state’s processes. Will work closely with Program and Portfolio Managers and must be open to additional leaderships oversight.
Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired.
