Strong communication and advisory skills. Must have sr. consulting level skills to present their ideas to client and convince his/her client stakeholders of the directions to take. A technically focused consultant will not be successful in the role.
Strong listening skills. Must have discussions with client process owners and understand business requirements and translate those into solutions
Presentation skills. Able to present solutions to meet new business requirements, redesign processes, fix defects and present options including pro’s and con’s to guide the customer in choosing the right solution
