- ServiceNow Development:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- ServiceNow Configuration and Administration:
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances.
- Manage ServiceNow updates and patches.
- Perform ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
- Manage ServiceNow user roles and access controls.
- Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and document ServiceNow system components and interfaces.
- Participate in solution design reviews and provide technical expertise.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow deployments.
