Design, develop, and maintain a scalable and reliable data warehouse architecture.
Collaborate with business intelligence analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate data requirements into optimized data models.
Develop and manage ETL workflows to integrate healthcare data from EHR, EMR, claims data, and patient records into the data warehouse.
Implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Optimize data warehouse performance, improving query efficiency, latency, and scalability.
Build and monitor automated systems for ingesting healthcare member, claims, and quality data.
Integrate healthcare data sources while ensuring compliance with industry standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT).
Conduct data analysis to identify and resolve data issues, ensuring clean and structured datasets.
Maintain organized database structures to optimize storage, performance, and historical tracking.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization's data infrastructure.
