Project Planning & Execution: Create and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure progress aligns with overall objectives. Raise issues and blockers to leadership immediately for resolution.
Technical Leadership: Strong technical understanding of core utility IT systems such as SAP, Middleware, and data center setups. Expertise in active-active and active-passive configurations.
Hybrid Cloud Management: In-depth knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and the ability to understand and design both on-prem and cloud architectures. Manage strategic decisions around hardware, infrastructure, and vendor relationships.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with multiple vendors such as SAP, IBM, Dynatrace, and others to ensure timely task delivery and equipment validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors, aligning all stakeholders towards shared goals.
Agile & Scrum Practices: Lead agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Risk Management: Identify and proactively address potential risks, maintain RAID logs, and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
