- Identifying functionalities and system efficiency by working with end users, and internal departments
- Creating technical reports and presenting them to the management, and obtaining approval for the decisions made
- Develop and document test procedures and artifacts to support system changes and enhancements.
- Assist in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users to validate system changes.
- Evaluate the business implications of technology solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the current business environment.
- Updating and enhancing the systems to ensure compatibility with new operating systems
- Implementing new advancements in software and systems
- Ensuring software products have good end-user proficiency with other systems, applications and programs across all departments
