Develop and code data science solutions using R and/or Python.

Build statistical models, create predictive/forecasting models, and understand algorithmic bias and its implications.

Manage the entire lifecycle of a data science model, from requirements gathering to production release, performance assessment, and optimization.

Clearly communicate the details of data science models to peers and support findings with simulations.

Support the Data Science Team using collaboration software such as Posit Workbench, Databricks, Hex, or similar.

Train the Data Science Team on code collaboration using GIT and provide training on statistical models and methods.

Explain complex statistical models and concepts in clear, understandable language for non-technical users.

Configure and troubleshoot Linux servers for hosting data science tools.

Document code, server settings, software settings, and workflows to ensure lasting processes.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting Linux servers for hosting data science tools.

Strong documentation skills for code, server settings, software settings, and workflows.
