Create online, interactive training materials in various formats, such as printable job aids, instructor led (virtual and inperson), microlearning, videos, and eLearning courses.
Generate program interactive, SCORM compliant webinars, microlearning and full length eLearning courses in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline)
Develop and administer a variety of assessments, including quizzes, tests, simulations, and practical exercises, to measure learner progress and comprehension. Analyze assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data driven recommendations for enhancing learning outcomes.
Accurately track and document the progress of instructional design projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Utilize project management tools to monitor timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of development efforts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevancy of learning materials. Work closely with stakeholders, including leadership teams and learners, to understand learning needs and objectives, ensuring that training programs align with organizational goals and learner requirements.
Periodically review and update curriculum and existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevancy and alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory.
