•    BS Degree of higher
•    Healthcare Industry experience is needed
•    MUST have 5+ years of experience as Data Reporting Analyst with data analysis and manipulation.
•    MUST be proficient in Heavy SQL, Databricks, Azure, PowerBI, Tableau & QlikView
•    Proficient in data analysis and information reporting, including obtaining an understanding of information repository issues and concepts.
•    Experience in meeting facilitation and requirement gathering techniques.
•    Experience in development implementations, data modeling, data mapping efforts.
•    Experience with Data Visualization using QlikView & Tableau
•    Experience with providing automated and self-service reporting solutions, developing data visualizations for business users, Creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the division, creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs,  producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
•    Analytical, conceptual & root cause analysis skills.
•    Excellent Communications skills
