JOB DETAIL

  • Serve, lead, coach and support one or multiple distributed cross-functional Agile Scrum Teams on the delivery of IT and business products and solutions.
  • Accountable for their Scrum teams effectiveness.
  • Act as Agile subject matter expert, thought leader, and mentor with extensive knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe processes and best practices.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, and facilitating all the Scrum events.
  • Lead risk/impediment/blocker identification, management, and resolution including coordination and facilitation across teams.
  • Ongoing monitoring, tracking, and reporting teams delivery progress.
  • Prepare and deliver team statuses. Manage and communicate teams releases.
  • Support Product management to obtain healthy product backlog through coaching best practices. Manage, track, and present teams metrics include delivery and flow metrics. 
  • Assist in facilitating SAFe events. Lead and support their teams Planning Interval (PI) planning including preparation, facilitation, dependency management, risk identification, documentation, readout, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote practices that ensure delivery of quality products and transparency to the maintenance of delivery progress, quality and schedule.
  • Establish strong working relationships and promote bi-directional communication within and across teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships within the team including product management/owner and technical subject matter experts.
  • Develop and grow trust across the Scrum team(s), Business, and Technology.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement / learning and drive improvement to the team.
