Serve, lead, coach and support one or multiple distributed cross-functional Agile Scrum Teams on the delivery of IT and business products and solutions.
Accountable for their Scrum teams effectiveness.
Act as Agile subject matter expert, thought leader, and mentor with extensive knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe processes and best practices.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and facilitating all the Scrum events.
Lead risk/impediment/blocker identification, management, and resolution including coordination and facilitation across teams.
Ongoing monitoring, tracking, and reporting teams delivery progress.
Prepare and deliver team statuses. Manage and communicate teams releases.
Support Product management to obtain healthy product backlog through coaching best practices. Manage, track, and present teams metrics include delivery and flow metrics.
Assist in facilitating SAFe events. Lead and support their teams Planning Interval (PI) planning including preparation, facilitation, dependency management, risk identification, documentation, readout, and continuous improvement.
Promote practices that ensure delivery of quality products and transparency to the maintenance of delivery progress, quality and schedule.
Establish strong working relationships and promote bi-directional communication within and across teams.
Maintain strong relationships within the team including product management/owner and technical subject matter experts.
Develop and grow trust across the Scrum team(s), Business, and Technology.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement / learning and drive improvement to the team.
