1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
   1. Work with stakeholders across business units (IT, HR, Security, etc.) to gather and document IAM requirements.
   2. Analyze existing identity governance processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SailPoint solutions.
   3. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for SailPoint configurations.
2. Solution Design and Collaboration:
   1. Collaborate with SailPoint architects and engineers to design solutions that address business needs and align with IAM best practices.
   2. Define workflows, access certification processes, role-based access controls (RBAC), and policies to ensure secure and efficient identity governance.
   3. Assist in creating detailed use cases, process flows, and wireframes for SailPoint implementations.
3. Project Support and Delivery:
   1. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of SailPoint projects.
   2. Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), by defining test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful validation of SailPoint functionalities.
   3. Track and document project progress, risks, and issues while ensuring alignment with project timelines.
4. Governance and Compliance:
   1. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure SailPoint implementations meet regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI DSS).
   2. Assist in the creation of access review processes and periodic certifications to maintain identity governance compliance.
   3. Document and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
5. Training and Support:
   1. Provide training and documentation for business users to ensure effective adoption of SailPoint solutions.
   2. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to address business user queries regarding IAM processes and SailPoint capabilities.
   3. Identify and recommend training programs for end users to increase awareness of identity governance.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   1. Monitor the performance of existing SailPoint solutions and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
   2. Identify gaps in identity governance processes and propose enhancements to mitigate risks and improve user experience.
