• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba process solutions, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of the Procure to Pay process. 
• Assist in process design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Contract Invoicing and Spend Analytics.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, leveraging SAP Ariba capabilities and/or integrations while staying within industry best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues related to the SAP Ariba platform.
• Provide insight into effective change management for Ariba implementation with internal and external organizations
• Participate in implementation planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery and maximizing the value of the Ariba products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements. drive project milestones and deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
• Function as a liaison between the business and technical teams.
