Architectural Design: Develop robust Salesforce FSL architecture that aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end field service solutions, including scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management. Customization & Configuration: Configure FSL features such as Service Resources, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. Optimization & Troubleshooting: Analyze performance, optimize configurations, and resolve technical challenges within the Salesforce environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to translate service delivery needs into Salesforce FSL capabilities.
