1. Develop technical concepts and support procedures.
o Document operational processes.
2. Project-Related Activities:
o Lead or participate in project workstreams.
o Contribute to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery.
o Drive impactful contributions to the long-term transformation of SAP HCM Regional Systems.
3. Service Management Activities:
o Handle incidents and change requests for Americas Region systems.
o Focus on Time Management, Payroll and SF EC Replication.
o Document technical configurations.
o Align business demands with IT strategy and provide consultative support.
o Troubleshoot HR technical issues collaboratively.
o Program debugging (ABAP) may be required occasionally.
