We are seeking an experienced Model N Flex Expert with deep knowledge of the Revenue and Rebate Management processes. This role requires expertise in the Model N Flex platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. • Provide technical and functional support for the Model N Flex implementation, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. • Optimize rebate, pricing, and revenue management workflows within the Model N Flex ecosystem. • Collaborate with Product Managers, IT, and cross-functional teams to integrate Model N Flex with existing systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and data platforms). • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for revenue and rebate management. • Drive enhancements, upgrades, and performance improvements within the platform. • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal users.Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Model N Flex (implementation, configuration, and support). • Strong understanding of Revenue & Rebate Management business processes. • Experience with Model N Flex integrations with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). • Ability to analyze and optimize pricing, contracting, and revenue recognition models. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business teams.Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Life Sciences industries. • Knowledge of Model N Revenue Cloud, Flex Pricing, and Compliance modules. • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data migration techniques within Model N Flex.
