Knowledge of project and estimating project completion costs, including budgeting and buy-out of subcontractors for a project.

Construction contract knowledge as well as procurement and contract management familiarity to coordinate with main office..
Must have experience in Budgeting & Billing and will be responsible for keeping track of a project's budget.
