- Lead or participate in project workstreams to implement SAP HCM solutions.
- Contribute to analysis, conceptual design, and project delivery for SAP HCM transformations.
- Drive impactful contributions towards the long-term transformation of SAP HCM Regional Systems.
3. Service Management Activities:
- Handle incidents and change requests related to SAP HCM systems in the Americas region.
- Focus on key areas such as Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors EC Replication.
- Document technical configurations to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Align business demands with IT strategies and provide consultative support to the business.
- Troubleshoot HR technical issues, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve challenges effectively.
- Occasionally perform program debugging (ABAP) as required.
