JOB DETAIL

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Administrator; to include configuring related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, Career Profile etc.

• Workday Systems Administration

• Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently

• Thorough documentation

• Rapid development of proof of concepts

• Ability to multitask on competing priorities

• Clear and articulate communications

• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical documentation

• End-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules; i.e. planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, etc.
