Salesforce Technical Lead well grounded in Salesforce architecture/design/development best practices; highly technical, and comfortable with coding when necessary.

Ability to anchor new salesforce projects at conceptual stage, convert into project, ability to build team and deliver salesforce projects.

Should be able to lead Salesforce projects independently.

Hands on experience in working with integration and data migration activities in Salesforce.

Excellent communication and project management skills is a must.
