•    5+ years of experience as a Workday Reporting Administrator with an emphasis on Recruiting and Talent data
•    Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently
•    Ability to build Workday reports independently
•    Thorough documentation
•    Rapid development of proof of concepts
•    Ability to multitask on competing priorities
•    Clear and articulate communications
•    Workday Reporting
•    Ability to create Advanced, Composite & matrixed reports
•    Significant experience configuring Workday Security
•    Experience configuring and supporting Workday delivered connectors & integration
•    Workday Pro Reporting Certification will be a HUGE PLUS
•    Advanced knowledge in Workday Recruiting and Talent
•    Experience supporting IT ticketing systems
