- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing 
- Knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle 
- Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, data modeling and technical architecture concepts 
- Strong data query and analysis abilities and experience 
- Experience with data mapping, data conversion, data integration 
- Knowledge or experience with Snowflake Data Platform; for Client Data Platform – Nice to have 
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce CRM System 
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills; ability to propose solutions 
- Experience with Distribution/Sales systems- Preferred 
- Financial Services industry knowledge – Preferred 
- Knowledge of Tableau preferred 
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools a plus 
- Knowledge of JIRA agile development software preferred 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (computer science degree preferred)
