Candidates should have extensive experience working with Workday, Workday Community and understanding how to proactively engage with those available resources within the system to develop a strong network.

The Manager is seeking someone who can come in- listen to the project/requirements being asked, understand what action needs to be taken and then understand and communicate how those actions taken could impact the business as a whole. 
Key Qualifications and Experiences:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Workday HCM, including direct configuration of complex requirements.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, including business process setup, security, calculated fields, and custom reports.
• Experienced working with other Workday features (e.g. Security) or the desire to learn and work cross-functionally.
• Experience working in an Agile manner and Agile tools a plus.
