Knowledge & hands-on experience in Asset Management is a must.
Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, business & technology stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation.
Work with the UX/UI team to develop user interfaces (wireframes) and user experiences for web applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions.
Perform data analysis and data mining to generate insights and recommendations using SQL.
Drive functional testing of data platforms & UI.
Apply best practices and industry standards for documenting requirements, templates, etc.
Use agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements.
Strong SQL and analytical skills.
Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with senior client-side stakeholders with minimum guidance.
Domain Knowledge: Investment Management.
Minimum 15 years of experience for an onsite Business Analyst role.
