Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines using DBT.
Mentor and train data engineers and analysts on DBT best practices, modular data transformation, and SQL optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and translate them into efficient data models.
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation for DBT transformations.
Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other Engineers to enhance the organization s data capabilities.
Optimize ETL/ELT processes within modern data architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
Implement and enforce data security and compliance standards relevant to the healthcare industry (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
Troubleshoot performance issues and improve query efficiency.
Advocate for modern data engineering best practices and contribute to architectural decisions.
