The skills he is looking for are MSFT SQL related – not so much core DBA skills as he has a guy with that background but more the analytics/BI capabilities in SSIS/SSRS/SSAS as well as some SOAP API integration skills (they feed their POS/Retail data from all their franchises via SOAP API into the data warehouse and have issues with this and need someone who knows and can troubleshoot the SOAP API’s and can interact with this via C# interface/language ….
