JOB DETAIL

  • Workday Integrations Developer with experience in successful end-to-end small to large implementations or support of Workday integrations.
  • Individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Integration developers and collaborate with the team and should be able to own one or more integrations to design, develop and deliver.
  • Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements: At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types like EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
  • Experience in development of complex reports
  • General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
  • Good understanding of Workday security
  • Experience in Workday Payroll integrations
  • Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required
  • Good to Have Skillsets: Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage
  • Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage
  • Responsibilities: Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery
  • Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
  • Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
  • Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations
  • Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
  • Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
  • Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
