  •  Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.  

•  10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services  and 5+ years of alternative investments sector experience  (Mandatory) 

 •  Strong understanding of alternative investment products (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, real estate) and associated financial metrics.  

•  Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and experience with financial modelling.  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. 

 •  Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. 

 •  Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to alternative investments is advantageous
