JOB DETAIL

  • SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Ensure that the configurations meet business requirements and follow best practices.
  • Business Process Mapping: Work closely with business users to analyze existing financial and controlling processes, define system requirements, and map them to SAP FICO solutions.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure the SAP FI and CO modules based on business needs and requirements, including setting up company codes, financial statements, asset accounting, cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, and other related functions.
  • Integration with Other Modules: Ensure proper integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP, to ensure smooth data flow across the system.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in the testing phase of SAP implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT). Validate the configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and providing solutions to enhance the system. Respond to and resolve user queries related to SAP FICO.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionality and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes within the FICO module to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for process improvements and assist in system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure the creation and execution of financial reports using SAP FICO tools. Assist with the development of reports for balance sheets, profit and loss statements, tax reports, and other financial statements.
  • Costing & Profitability Analysis: Set up and maintain product cost planning, internal orders, cost centers, and profit center accounting. Provide assistance with the allocation of costs and the creation of profitability reports.
  • Month-End/Year-End Closures: Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
