- Lead the implementation of SAFE and SAFe Frameworks to enhance our Agile practices.
- Utilize Dx Product Lifecycle Management tools to streamline product development processes.
- Conduct thorough PO Analysis & Planning to align product features with market needs.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Apply Agile Methodologies to optimize team performance and project delivery.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Azure DevOps for real-time project tracking.
- Ensure product development strategies are in sync with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Facilitate training sessions on Agile practices and tools for team members.
- Analyze and improve processes within the Reconciliation domain of BFS Payments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in product management and Agile practices.
